About Us
The people we choose to take on our journey is profound indeed.
You are carving your life’s milestones and defining the meaning that each holds. Your tribe is a part of what shapes perceptions, choices, and reality. Community can be found in creative and enriching ways these days. You have the power to weave threads of strength, beauty, and meaning not only into your wedding but your life. The way you interact and relate in relationships, in celebration, and in your daily life will determine the quality of your journey and marriage.
So here is a little intro to us, friends on your journey who will be your virtual touchpoint. We are here to safeguard truth, authenticity, and wisdom during your wedding experience. We’re here to protect your love and what’s most important to you.

Meet Elsa Campbell
I am Elsa Campbell, owner and founder of The Woodlands wedding event venue nestled in a wooded canyon outside of Bozeman, Montana. I have loved being a part of couples’ lives as they begin their journey and write their personal history. It’s incredible to be an integral part of weddings as people weave their moments and memories at The Woodlands. Those memories become part of the fabric of their lives, and I feel so honored.
In the 14 years of being involved in weddings and events, I have seen what matters along the way and what distractions pull couples from their joy in such important moments. My accumulative experiences with couples inspired me to found Meaningsoul Weddings and guide others along this path. It’s time for a change in how we view and experience weddings and other meaningful milestones.

Meet my forever!
I grew up here in Bozeman and couldn’t ever bring myself to leave, except for the occasional travel adventure. I am married to an incredible man that built The Woodlands as a manifestation of our dream, and he keeps me laughing harder and loving deeper as the years go on. He is my best friend and my forever.
I am also the mama to two dynamic young girls whose spirits are filled with light. I am supported by an ever-expanding network of beautiful friends and family who have been there for us in countless ways throughout our journey.
I adore great food (Sushi, Thai, Indian, wood-fired pizza, you name it!) the occasional single malt Scotch, big sunglasses, and hammocks. I love the real life chaos, silliness, and play almost as much as a great book, a glass of wine and stepping back in reflection of the depth and love that surrounds us. We love soaking in local hot springs, floating the river under the summer sun, and a great powder day on the hill.

Meet Jennifer Williams
Hi! I am a lover of life, a growth junkie who is always looking for shortcuts to grow, live, and love more fully! Married for almost 37 years, my husband and I have fallen in love over and over again, finding greater sweetness every day.
It is through our relationship that I have learned what is possible for two people when they deeply and repeatedly commit to one another. After the first few years of marriage, our relationship had changed so dramatically that we renewed our vows with a second wedding! Together we have raised three extraordinary children, which has been the most fulfilling experience of my life.

Meet my beloved!
As founder of Heartmanity and the Heartmanity Center in Bozeman, Montana, my life-long passion is to support couples and families to live full-out, deeply rooted in their values and honoring their highest potential. I’ve counseled scores of couples, conducted premarital workshops and programs, taught parenting and emotional intelligence for over 15 years.
On a personal note, I love the mountains, gardening, a great book by the fireside and rich conversation. I revel in the messiness of inner breakthroughs and relationship tangos. I love hiking, swimming, paddleboarding, cross-country skiing, yet too infrequently. Anything beautiful and creative moves me, and I always have a half-dozen open projects and my nose in just as many books.
Elsa and I first met years ago when she was my event planner for one of my women’s retreats. Her elegant support and beautiful spirit captured me in kinship forevermore. And guess who once again was by my side in my oldest son’s wedding in September—yep, Elsa!
We both discovered (unbeknownst to the other) an alarming phenomenon: couples joyously seeking to celebrate their love only to be side-tracked by family expectations, colliding values, unresolved emotions that erupted, and the monetary stresses a wedding can invoke. We both love being a colorful and stabilizing thread in the tapestry of couples lives. Now, we’re making this commitment formal in Meaningsoul Weddings. Welcome!
